Two friends have had a book club for a very very long time. It was mostly an excuse to drink and gossip. In January of 2016, they found renewed purpose in their sadness over the death of David Bowie. They decided to stop mucking around and actually get some reading done - from the list of books. And you can join us as we read a new book every month and then spend twenty or so minutes blathering about it.

I have a passion for the holistic healing arts and have studied many modalities over the years. I enjoy working with my clients to help them maintain balance and accomplish their wellness goals. I use a combination of neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, reflexology, and the energy harmonizing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu to remove stress and relieve pain while bringing the body back into balance, allowing for deeper healing.
